My Story
Barry’s been chosen, alongside a 12 other South Africans including Johnny Clegg, Ryk Neethling, PJ Powers and more, to feature in a television series called My Story. The series premiers on MNET on 17 May and Barry’s episode is currently scheduled for 31 May. “My Story is an upbeat, personal journey into the intimate lives of some of South Africa’s well known celebrities. Viewers will be taken on a touching journey from their formative years through trials and tribulations and to the present day.” Trailer
New DVD
After the incredibly successful exposure garnered as a DSTV BoxOffice download, Barry Hilton Live will be available for purchase as a DVD within three weeks from leading retail outlets. It will also available on SAA flights from 1 August 2015.
Hook, Line and Sinker
When comedians need downtime they go fishing. That’s what Barry Hilton did during March and April. Based at the Machangulo Beach Lodge in Mozambique, Barry was accompanied by a film crew to produce a televised fishing documentary. More news of the production will follow.
Nou Gaan Ons Braai
Be sure to check out www.ngobraai.com for the end of summer sale on a variety of items. Barry’s range of NGOB clothing was inspired by his telling of the Nou Gaan Ons Braai gag which has to date, had over 500 000 views on YouTube.
